"Beautiful area, of course we're in Austria! Traffic through the Fernepass was atrocious, which is right near Obsteig. Construction was in process across the road from hotel and the trucks that traveled the road all night that our room overlooked were very loud. No A/C so leaving windows open was a must. Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice!
We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! "Gorgeous hotel, it was hot (and smelt like a sauna due to the wooden room :) ) when we arrived at midnight, but it had massive windows to open. Had a junior suite I think, with 2 bedrooms, living area & big bathroom.
Only downside would have been a kettle/drinks, but everything else was great, with a lovely breakfast spread"

Rooms are very equipped, nice terrace to watch the view and chill, and everything is spotless. Also price was cheap IMO relative to value.
We will be back next year!
