Located on Heyden lake known for great ice fishing. It is 10 minutes from sault ste marie & 25 minutes from searchmont ski resort. It is a short drive to most local attractions. Three bedrooms one upstairs & two downstairs The space You enter from the side. When you enter the house. 4 stairs lead you to the main floor & 10 stairs to the lower level. Main Floor- open concept Kitchen & Dinning. Off the Kitchen is the living room you enter the bedroom from the living room both rooms has patio door which leads you out to the deck over looking Heyden Lake. Off the kitchen also leads you to the laundry room from the laundry room you access the washroom. Lower level- Bedroom is to your left, straight ahead is the furnace room. To the right is the third bedroom and 2nd sitting room with a large patio door allowing you walk out access to the lake. The beds and living areas are attractive with comfortable seating, beds and excellent sheets and pillows. The kitchen is well set up with all new furniture and dishes. Waking up to the mist covered lake is beautiful. We enjoyed quiet cups of morning tea and coffee. The host is very responsive. We were able to swim from her neighbours property.
