"With Q closed, the Bengal not open for lunch or a quiet late lunch as well as the Rooftop restaurant being closed for the season…it sure was bad timing for us and no alternates were provided. The hotel was wonderful but Spring Break prices for low amenities was very disappointing. We had hoped to spend more time in the hotel…just too noisy. "

"The property was very clean and pleasant, beds comfortable and warm. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed! What was not clear in the description of the unit, however, was that it is the top floor of a split level home, so it was accessible only by climbing a flight of stairs, something we wanted to avoid due to certain mobility issues. Overall, however, this was a very nice place, and well worth the stay. Thank you!"

"We loved the suite, nice and private, our pet was welcomed warmly. We had what ever we needed, very handy location as we could walk to get groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Seemed to be a safe neighbourhood, had no issues. We are hoping to return for a repeat visit. Colleen was very nice as host, if we wanted anything she looked after us. We stayed 4 weeks. Would highly recommend."

"Problematic from beginning to end. Received a request for balance of payment the day before arrival....!?!?!?!?!On arrival, the location was a complete and utter dump (refrigerator in the driveway!?!?), busy highway, idyllic pool from vrbo advertising covered in a huge plastic, ugly green bubble, apartment was dirty, kitchen facilities in particular, an Xmas (?) half eaten, moldy pie in the oven, large holes in the door screens preventing privacy, heating went off in the middle of the night, total nightmare!!I am a longtime vrbo, global customer. In my humble opinion, this property should not make your availability list. SO sad to have had my trip ruined dealing with these anomalies. Host tried to be kind and helpful but ultimately sent me an extremely rude text. I do not believe that my expectations are too high having had wonderful vrbo experiences all over the world.Profoundly considering how to move forward in the future :-("
