"Safe, clean and walkable The hotel was safe and clean, and walkable to nearby restaurants which were our main priorities. Although check-in was remote, we still needed assistance with the elevator. The evening staff member who helped us came across as a bit sassy and seemed less than enthusiastic about helping. Clearer instructions would go a long way for folks who had a long travel day—for example, explaining that you should not hold the button but keep pressing it 5-10 times until it turns red. Late night staff was much more friendly."
