"Been to this hotel a few times over 15 years, sorry to say the rooms are a little tired. My room door door needed slamming to activate the lock. Bit warm and being city centre didn't get a great sleep outside noise and banging doors. Staff fantastic and breakfast and bar really good"

"Superb hotel, 100% recommended. Very modern reception and room, free option to leave luggage (or paid options with more security). The staff are a credit to the hotel and kindly helped us print out some tickets at short notice. There are no hot drinks options in the room but the reception has a free coffee and water machine, as well as complimentary croissants one day. Quiet room despite central location."
