The valet parking is too expensive! I gave tips each time we went in and out, so became quite costly! Once I had no change and apologized to valet, overheard him complaining😒 I had to address it with him the following night!!

For the price, I was very happy with the room. My only complaint would be the waterfall style shower head in the bathroom. Without any kind of texture on the floor of the tub, it's very slippery and actuallt caused me to fall my first night there when I went to adjust the temperature of the shower. Besides that, it was a very simple room for a good price.

"I like the pool and the public area in the hotel. Didn't like the location, it says to be located at the entrance but indeed it's 20 min walk away from the actual entrance to universal, still need to take the shuttle every day. Also need to get very early to sign up for the shuttle list."

"You could tell they were in the middle of remodeling. We we on that building. I had to fix the toilet so it would flush. Little things that should have been check on before using the room. When done it will be very nice"
