"Very helpful staff. both the evening crew and morning crew. The room was spotless, comfy bed. Towels a little scratchy, but OK. Minimal bath amenities, but the ones there were nice. Great Shower. The couch was also comfortable."

"There was a brief problem with my reservation, but the staff quickly resolved the matter with an upgraded room and parking. This was truly appreciated, as I had just driven 16 hours to deliver a truck to my son who is serving in the Army. Our stay was perfect, thanks to the staff."

We had every amenity we could have wanted during our stay and the mountain views from our window were amazing. When we return to Colorado Springs, we will definitely check to see if the apartment is available."
