  • This cozy, one bedroom cottage includes a great room with vaulted ceiling, galley kitchen and two tiered deck for outdoor lounging. The rustic luxury of the decor and ambiance is perfect for a discerning couple or small family that is looking for a brief or extended getaway to the Ohiopyle area. Sleeps 2 comfortably. The Springs House is directly adjacent to the C.W. Klay Winery, 10 minutes from downtown Ohiopyle, and minutes from Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa and Lady Luck Casino.

    A limited supply of firewood is provided from October through March.

    THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2200 FEET ELEVATION. WE DO PLOW; HOWEVER, GUESTS SHOULD HAVE A 4WD VEHICLE TO STAY HERE FROM NOVEMBER 1-MARCH 31!
