Coming in the front door to check in there were 4-5 gentleman just outside the door smoking. Immediately greeting me at the desk was a young lady that I expressed my displeasure of entering the hotel thru the smoke, she shrugged her shoulders and made a whatever noise. I drove to the backside entrance to avoid walking through the cigarette smoke. Got to my room and the AC did not work, nor did my fridge. I stood at the counter for about 5 mins and finally an employee came into the building. Not even clocking in first, he helped get my room changed. However, that fridge also didn't work, and I had to ask the desk to place my sons insulin in their staff fridge. The room looked beat up, and not very clean. Bathroom floor was sticky. Curtain was torn and ratty looking. Remote also didn't work. The outside fireplace area was a mess with chairs tipped over and a tarp with other outside items thrown. Nothing appealing or welcoming about this property. Except 2 staff members that i sadly did not get their names, they were pleasant & helpful! I wont stay at this particular hotel when I come to Ohio in the future.

2 king sized beds, spacious room, nice wardrobe to hang clothes. Comfortable beds. Quiet room, couldn't hear other visitors. Overall one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, although there were some wrappers left near our bed and a fair amount of hair in the shower. No mold though! Carpets were nice. Neutral smell throughout facility. Non-smoking.

We loved the amenities the hotel provided. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was on top of things. The pool and hot tub were nice, however the temperature of the hot tub/pool shouldn’t have been so close. The water pressure in the bathroom was not great, but the water got hotter than the hot tub downstairs. There was a broken vase in our room for decor and some of the lights didn’t work. The heat had a very weird burnt smell but was tolerable. I would definitely stay again for what I used the room for. The lobby, gym and pool area were very clean.

The hotel was so nice, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed every part. The suite was spacious. I had my sons birthday party there so I was scared they would complain of too many people but they were very welcoming. The staff members were all so friendly! (Very rare these days). Definitely recommend this as a place to stay anytime.

Uncomfortable beds, poor pillow quality, and dirty linens can all have an impact on sleep quality and satisfaction. Inadequate soundproofing or a noisy location can disturb guests' peace, affecting their entire stay. Staff throughout the hotel services are slow or unresponsive.

Whistling noise in bathroom
There was a loud whistling sound coming from the bathroom. We closed the door and turned on a fan to drown out the noise. I did not call the front desk because we never arrived until after 12 am and had driven for 8 hrs and needed to sleep. Not sure how the rating for the hotel is so high. It needs updating.

stunningly good customer service
I was so pleased with the customer service of this hotel. The front desk was fast and efficient, and adapted my room reservation when I mentioned, in passing, a specific aspect of my stay. The bar was the perfect place to have a beer and clean out my email inbox, and the staff were friendly, without being intrusive, prompt and efficient.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in the past 2 weeks due to a family emergency. The tvs have not worked in any of the rooms, there are no extra blankets in the room for pull outs, shower dispensers were all empty except conditioner, 2 rooms had lights out, last room had large water spots on ceilings, curtains were ripped, tiles in bathroom are lifting, no trash can except bathroom. Cones at front and the van parked at the entance make it unwelcoming and work vehicles , contruction items in parking area are an eyesore.

We were very happy with our 3 night stay last weekend. The furniture in the room was a little worn (scuffs, scratches) but very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also the location was near everything you could need - gas stations, grocery and drug stores, and close freeway access. Would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel room was a nice size; it was comfortable and kept clean. I also liked that the hotel was conveniently located near the highway. The cost of the three day stay was very pricey. In addition, our room faced the highway and the traffic noise could be heard during the night. Dining was limited as well with only fast food options available within walking distance.

The hotel provided exactly what we needed. Very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. We didn’t need the shuttles but they were available. Only a few hiccups. Hot tub wasn’t hot- but on 90 degree days that was ok. There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Lastly, Expedia lists room service, but this wasn’t an option that we could find. There was a bar down stairs that served apps, maybe they could’ve been delivered to the room? Overall pretty good stay. I’d go back.

This property is close to family we come to town to see. We have stayed here before but the facility needs a lot of work and a major deep clean. It would have also been nice to know there was major construction on the main road which made it difficult for Uber to find the entrance (drove around for 10 extra minutes due to it). Some of the front desk staff are very unpleasant. Can say we will not be back.
