8.6/10 Excellent! (1,360 reviews)
Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

"Good location. What you see is what you get. Functional and comfortable. Need to be organised to and from bathroom and in pod - have a little as possible.
