It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a roof and by gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Umbrian hills, of the forest and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September. Patio 1 The first patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof and by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with tables, chairs and a gazebo. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex. Patio 2 The second patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
