The villa is modern designed following the EU standards and equipped with SAT-TV-LCD, phone, safe, air conditioning, coffee machine, hair dryer, microwave, Internet (free of charge). There is also an outdoor relax zone with sun beds and umbrellas (free of charge). Villa for 8 Persons: living room with 1 double sofa, SAT-TV-LCD and telephone, completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, three separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, two separate bathrooms / WC with showercab and hair dryer, passage and big terrace, situated on the park or sea side. The villa is integrally air conditioned. The size of the villa is approximately 100 m2 (terrace included). Half Board (buffet breakfast and dinner) is possible on request, in the restaurant of the Wellness & Spa Hotel UMAG PLAVA LAGUNA \*\*\*\* situated nearby, and costs 35€ per person and day. The children 02-12 years are allowed 30% price discount. The babies 00-02 years are free of charge. The food is really great and the beverages are included, so we warmly recommend it! Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2022 ### 6/10 Okay #### Rebecca R. 29 Aug 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schöne in die Jahre gekommene Villa Wir waren mit 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern von 0 bis 3 hier und fassen zusammen: Positiv \* Sehr netter Gastgeber mit guten Deutschkenntnissen \* 2 Reisebetten für Kleinkinder sowie \* 1 Hochstuhl (wie zugesagt) waren da \* Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine \* Internet und Klimaanlage funktionieren \* Eingezäunter Garten - praktisch mit kleinen Kindern \* Wenn die Kinder schlafen kann man sich entweder in der Küche oder im Wohnbereich aufhalten, beides mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet und man kann jeweils die Tür zum Flur schließen. \* Ruhige Gegend, aber trotzdem nur ca. 10 Gehminuten bis zu den verschiedenen Stränden Negativ \* Nur 1 Schlüssel für die Haustüre (sehr unpraktisch wenn man wie wir mit 2 Familien da ist) \* Keine Möglichkeit das Badezimmer oder die separate Toilette abzuschließen (auf Nachfrage gibt es auch keine Schlüssel für diese Türen) \* Kaputte Nespresso Kapselmaschine steht im Schrank (ärgerlich, da wir extra Kaffeekapseln besorgt haben und der Kaffee dann statt in die Tasse in den Abwasser Behälter lief) \* Die Einrichtung ist bereits etwas herunter gekommen (beschädigte Spülmaschinenverkleidung, Türklinke die man plötzlich in der Hand hält beim zuziehen etc.) \* Quietschende/knarzende Holzböden und Türklinken (unpraktisch wenn man sich aus dem Zimmer schleichen will sobald das Baby/Kleinkind schläft, ansonsten nicht schlimm) \* Einige der Ausstattungsmerkmale sind etwas irreführend. Unter anderem gab es in der Villa NICHT: \* Wäschetrockner \* Shampoo \* Seife \* Telefon \* Fitnessraum \* Gewürze \* Strandtücher \* Billardtisch \* Pool (an der Rezeption wurde uns zunächst die Auskunft gegeben es wäre auch keine Mitnutzung möglich; bei Nachfrage über das Portal haben wir dann die Info bekommen dass man einige der Pools der ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernten Hotels mitnutzen darf) Neutral \* Es gibt 2 Fernseher - diese haben wir nicht benötigt und daher nicht getestet \* Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten.
