All the apartments are modern designed following the EU standards and equipped with SAT-TV-LCD, phone, safe, air conditioning, coffee machine, hair dryer, microwave, Internet (free of charge). There are also an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage (with sweet water) and sun beds with umbrellas (free of charge). Apartment for 6 Persons: living room with 1 double sofa, SAT-TV-LCD and telephone, completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, two separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, two separate bathrooms / WC with showercab and hair dryer, passage and big terrace, situated on the park or sea side. The apartment is integrally air conditioned. The size of the apartment is approximately 65 m2 (terrace included). Als wir dies Ansprachen, hieß es wenn wir jetzt gehen bekommen wir das Geld zurück aber eine andere Wohnung gibt es nicht, daraufhin blieben wir dort, da keine Hotelzimmer oder ähnliches frei waren. Bei der Frage ob wir wenigstens einen Preisnachlass erhalten, wurden wir "ausgelacht", nachdem wir ihn daran erinnerten, daß er das bei anderen Apartment Bewohnern auch gemacht hat, gab er uns lächerliche 10%. Die Wohnung war außerdem sehr dreckig als wir ankamen. Überall Spinnenweben an den Wänden, die Matratzen der Betten waren mit Urinflecken voll und auch auf der Bettwäsche selbst waren Flecken. In der Küche klebte alles und im Bad lagen Haare auf dem Boden und in der Dusche. Nachdem wir nochmal angerufen hatten, kam sofort eine Reinigungsdame und hat alles sauber gemacht. Aber sollte man nicht erwarten können, das alles sauber und rein ist für diesen Preis? Alles in allem einfach nur abzocke und Nötigung und dann wird einem ständig eingeredet es wäre nicht so schlimm und man hätte ja die bessere Wohnung bekommen. Nie wieder! ##### Janine L. Entgegen den Bildern, ist das Objekt kleiner. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es funktioniert alles und die Ausstattung zur Selbstverpflegung in der Küche ist ausreichend. Sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal, jedoch muss man selber nachfragen, wenn Handtücher oder Bettwäsche oder Geschirrtücher gebraucht oder gewechselt werden sollen. Man hat leider auch keinen Einfluß auf die 5 anderen Parteien im Ferienhaus. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt, war eine Familie mit 4 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen unter uns. Sehr laut. Es gibt immer noch Menschen, die für 6 Personen ein Appartment mieten und zu 8 anreisen, das heißt der Pool und die Liegen sind wegen "Übernachtungsgästen" morgens besetzt. Tip an die Agentur: öfters mal nachschauen, wer da so haust".
