Beautiful single-family house "Villa Toni", 2 storeys. 500 m from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position, 800 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 12.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table tennis, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 1.4 km, sandy beach, pebble beach 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Ground floor is closed and not occupied. Outdoor kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Organizing a party is not allowed.

Großzügiges Haus in toller Lage

Sehr schönes, äußerst großzügiges Haus. Zum Teil saniert, hohe Decken. Riesen Wohnzimmer, geräumige Küche, mehrere Terrassen und Balkone. Ausstattung sehr gut (mehrere Bäder, Außenküche, Pool, Tischtennisplatte, gemauerten Grill, mehrere Parkplätze, Klimaanlage usw.). Der Empfang war hervorragend - vielen lieben Dank an Familie xxx und xxx -)
