Da ein Zimmer deutlich kleiner als das andere Zimmer ist, sollte dies bei Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen etwas berücksichtigt werden. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen (sehr ruhig) mit sehr schönen Pool. Zu erreichen ist das Haus über die Ortschaft "Kanal" ca.150m dem Hinweisschild "Kanal" folgen, dann den Ersten Schotterweg links einbiegen. Am Ende des Schotterweges befindet sich das Haus. Da überlegen wir uns ob wir noch mal über die zwei buchen zumal ich bei beiden nachgefragt habe nach einer Beschreibung es gibt keine mehr das Haus ist abgelegen durch ein Waldstück das kann niemand alleine finden. In zwei Minuten ist ein kleines Geschäft, in 3 Minuten der Strand und Restaurants erreichbar. In 5-10 Minuten erreicht man Umag, eine sehr nette Stadt. Das Haus ist sauber, alles funktioniert. Es gibt mehrere Außenplätze die für unterschiedliche Zeiten optimale Bedingungen bieten. Der Vermieter Marinko ist überaus nett und hilfsbereit! Perfekt für Gäste mit Hund (komplett umzäunt). Wunderschön gestalteter Garten, sauberer Pool und toller Grillplatz. Eine sonnenverwöhnte ruhige Lage und dennoch sehr nah zu Umag. Der Gastgeber XXX war wie ein guter Freund der Familie. Das Haus wurde im Mai 2018 mit einer sehr schönen überdachten Terasse erweitert. Für Leute die auf Natur Pur und Ruhe stehen sind hier bestens aufgehoben. Tipp:Anti Mückenspray nicht vergessen.
