The house is located next to a beach, it has a garden with outdoor seating and lounging chairs. The house is small, suitable for two persons. Anything more and it will be cramped. Location is great, the center of Umag is close. The same goes for bakery and shopping centres.

Schöne Unterkuft
Saubere Unterkunft, perfekte Lage, wenige Minuten zu Fuss in die Stadt, schöner, flacher Strand. Einziger Punkt der manche stören könnte - in der Nacht hört man Musik aus der Stadt. Hatten allerdings die Fenster offen und es hat uns nicht gestört.

Skvělé místo
Ubytování je na nádherném místě, pár kroků od moře a pár minut pěšky od pizzerie, pekárny a centra města. Skvělé místo, pokud hledáte klid a soukromí. Bonusem je velmi příjemná a milá paní majitelka.

almost on the beach
Very close to the empty beach (but rocky). Big garden, facility to grill, nice tarrace. The house is cosy but nice and well equipment. The host is very helpful and quick in contact. The disadvantage is parking place outside the possesion so the car is not closed for the night. Very small kitchet, it is impossible to cook there. Not enougt electric plugs, especially in kitchen - only one.

Nice house with garden
We enjoyed the wild garden at the see side .The house is near to the downtown.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat leider nicht gestimmt!
Vermieterin sehr nett und sprach Deutsch, zur Begrüßung stand kaltes Bier im Kühlschrank. Der Check in war einfach und unkompliziert.
Die Ausstattung im Garten war positiv, hochwertige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. (Grill vorhanden)
Innen alles sauber und es machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, Klimaanlage kostenlos vorhanden.
Leider gibt es bei der Innenausstattung Punktabzug weil,
Bett sehr wackelig, kaum Steckdosen vorhanden, nach dem duschen stand immer das Bad unter Wasser (offene Dusche), kein Toaster oder Backofen dafür aber eine Mikrowelle .
Leider hatten wir eine italienische Großfamilie als Nachbarn, der Weg zum eigenen Strand/Badeplattform war vermüllt (öffentlich). Ab 3 Uhr nachts bis 7 Uhr begann die Disco in der Stadt, von der Lautstärke her dachte man man Sitz mittendrin .
Für fast 1300 Euro für 8 Tage war es für die Lage und die Größe des Hauses mit dieser Ausstattung einfach mal mindestens 500 Euro zu teuer.

Licht und Schatten
Eigener Parkplatz theoretisch vorhanden jedoch war es Vorort nicht erwünscht. Weiteres wäre es hilfreich gewesen zu wissen dass die Pergola aus Weinreben besteht und Trauben für Hunde giftig sind. Der Weg zum Strand war traumhaft und einzigartig.

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer und nur 5 Minuten fussläufig vom Zentrum entfernt. Das hat ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal dort hin fahren.

Bien situado, mas bien para dos personas
El alojamientos nos parecía no muy bien equipado en la cocina, muy justo de espacio para cuatro personas, y con alguna deficiencia en la ducha. El mobiliario esterior es claramente mejorabel (sillas y sombrillas). Está, sin embargo, muy bien ubicado para tener aceso al mar. El precio es demasiado elevado en respecto a las prestaciones.
