The house is located in the village of Valica just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property ideal for families with pets. The famous pebble beach Kanegra is easily reachable on foot (1800 m), near the cycling path La Parenzana for cycling lovers along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes drive excellent restaurants offering excellent Istrian typical fish and meat menus, the city of Umag and the market. The comfortable holiday home offers on the ground floor a large living room with satellite TV, two comfortable sofas, small tables and armchairs, exit to the terrace and garden, free Wi-Fi internet access, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, napa, 4 electric ceramic hobs, dining table with six seats, a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer and external window, two bath towels per person (weekly change), an internal wooden staircase from the lounge leads to the upper floor. The house has a swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, the customers of the villa can use the swimming pool of the main house with previous notice. Upon arrival you will receive a pass to enter the village of Kanegra and use the resort's beach facilities for free. Es war überteuert und im Garten wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, dass die Dusche draußen geht und eine Möglichkeit von Liegestühlen gewesen wäre. Der Garten bietet so viel Platz um solche Liegen bereit zu stellen. Deshalb haben wir uns nur wenig im Objekt aufgehalten. Desweiteren ging bei der Anreise der Herd nicht anzuschalten. Mein Mann hat dann erst nach der Bedienungsanleitung gegoogelt und es war erschwert den Herd in Betrieb zu nehmen. Wir haben bis einen Tag vor der Abreise in der Küche nur kaltes Wasser gehabt, weil uns nicht klar war, dass der Boiler eingeschaltet werden muss. Bei der Ankunft bzw als wir gefragt haben wann wir den Pool benutzen können war es erst schwierig und es schien als sei es dem Gastgeber nicht so ganz recht gewesen zu sein, dass wir den Pool benutzen . Alles in allem etwas überteuert muss ich sagen. Was dem Objekt noch das gewisse etwas verleihen würde wäre ein eigener Pool . Der Platz ist locker gegeben.
