It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living area with dining table, flat screen satellite TV, fully furnished kitchen, fridge with freezer area, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, stove with a electric plate and three gas burners, dishwasher. Veranda at the entrance with garden furniture, garden view where you can use the table with benches and the barbecue. Parking is fenced. Distance from the sea and the passage only 150 m, while from the beach 900 m. The supermarket and restaurants within walking distance, the bank and ATM at 250 m. Distance from the center of Umag is about 900 m. Near the apartment there is the Da Lorenzo restaurant with a wide selection of special dishes of fish, meat and desert. At only 150 m there is the tourist train station that starts from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives at Umago center and vice versa. In the center to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront there are outdoor equipment to use for free, areas with games for children along the coast. In order to buy it, it is advisable to do a few kilometers to the most convenient supermarkets in the city: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various possibilities for recreation: tennis courts, 18-hole golf courses, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat trips or coaches. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. First the reservation and communication with the agency was perfect. They gave us some great tips for the week. They took the time to lead us to the appartment where the owner was waiting. The appartment is very nice and cosy, greatly located between the 2 parts of the bay. You can reach everything by walking. The flat was very clean and as on the description.
