Our guests were young parents when they came to us, and now they are taking their grandchildren to collect wonderful memories on their own. Apartment Eva Rosa is located on the first floor, with two terraces. The apartment has a bedroom with an outdoor double bed, connected to the living room. The living room has a sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, exit to the terrace, dining room with 6 seats, fully equipped kitchen; with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and hairdryer. WiFi is free, the apartment is air conditioned, and in addition you can take advantage of the hammock in the garden and open fire for the barbecue available (shared with other guests), with garden furniture, where you can spend peaceful summer evenings. Our holiday home is located just 70 meters from the sea, and the first beach is 500 meters away. The city center is no more than 5 minutes away on foot. Our guests park their car when they arrive and leave for the rest of the holiday. In the morning it is possible to walk along the local park that leads to the bakery, a city market full of wonderful fruits and vegetables of all kinds, in the fish shop you can find fresh fish and seafood caught by local fishermen. From our house, Eva appartments to the nearest beach it is possible to walk along the coast. Wide choice between the sun and hot rocks, or rather shade on the lawn. It is also possible to rent deck chairs, have a cold drink in the beach bar and enjoy the wonderful view of the coast. In summer, Umag offers an interesting nightlife, from theater evenings, jazz festivals, electronic music festivals, to the ATP tennis cup. Umag is declared as the city of sport 2018, therefore it offers you various ways to recreate and spend your free time in nature. The 6 km long coast offers well-organized cycle paths by the sea, and inland there is also the famous Parenzana, which connects Croatia and Slovenia. The surroundings of our city offer various road trips, for example two of the largest water parks in Croatia, the caves of Mramornica and Baredine, boat trips through the Lim fjord, day trip to Venice. We also suggest exploring the small towns of central Istria, known for their particularities, such as Motovun, Grožnjan (the city of fine arts), Pazin, Hum. For sea lovers we suggest Rovinj, Porec, Pula with their rich cultural history. Spend your vacation in our holiday home, Eva apartments offer complete relaxation and comfort, we invite you to be our guests and share the beauty of the Istrian Sea with us! Freundlicher Empfang. Gute Verständigung in Deutsch. Die beiden Terassen liegen wechselnd im Schattenbereich. Geräumige Wohnung. Mehr als ausreichend für 2 Personen. In unmittelbarer Nähe Lidl (zu unserer Zeit minder sortiert), Kaufland (sehr gut und wechselreich sortiert, auch problemlose Pfandrücknahmeautomaten).
