The villa has it's own parking space. It is fully furbished for your comfort: fast wifi connection, sat, flat, big screen tv, outside grill, dish washer, laundry machine. We are only a few minutes drive from the town centre and a variety of beaches, in a small "old fashioned" village just outside Umag. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation auf Englisch problemlos. Vom Haus waren alle begeistert. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Dämmung (die Klimaanlage benötigten wir bei 28 °C Außentemperatur nur zeitweise), die ruhige Lage am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes (keine lauten Nachbarn, kein Straßenverkehr) und die Mückennetze in den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Wir konnten nachts mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen! Das Wohnzimmer hat eine sehr hohe Decke (was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht) und alle Ecken und Nischen waren einwandfrei sauber. Der Weg zum Wasser ist mit dem Auto entsprechend der Lage des Hauses angemessen zu erreichen (knapp. 10 min bis zum Parkplatz), die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar und ausgebaut. Die Strände bestehen, wie scheinbar überwiegend in Istrien, aus einer Mischung aus Steinplatten und Kies. Hier sind Wasserschuhe unbedingt notwendig. Wir haben festgestellt, dass Ebbe die beste Zeit zum Baden war. Ich möchte mich bei der Vermieterin noch einmal für den wunderbaren und problemlosen Aufenthalt bedanken. ##### Tobias J. Die Kommunikation ist unkompliziert schnell und auf den Punkt gewesen. Die Anreise und Übergabe des Hauses war ebenfalls 5\* einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses überzeugt mit einer herrlichen Ruhe einer tollen Lage und dem Vorteil fußläufig einige sehr gute Restaurantes erreichen zu können.
