The location is quiet with a magnificent view of the meadows and a side view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house with a large fenced yard. In the courtyard there is a fenced private parking. The recently renovated apartment has two double bedrooms, one of which with a small balcony, bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, wc. The sleeping area is divided from the living area by a door. In the entrance hall there is a wardrobe with a safe. The living area is very bright, the kitchen equipped with everything you need, oven, fridge with freezer area, dishwasher (the tablets are not provided), coffee machine, the dining table with 6 chairs, the dining area Open living room has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, two air conditioners. From the living room the exit to the balcony with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the sea from the side. The pebble beach is only 350 m away while the center of Bassania is 600 m away where you will find the bakery, bar, post office, bank, restaurants. The nearest supermarket, the Pineta campsite and the nearest bar at only 290 m. The closest restaurant is 150 m away. The advantages of this apartment are location, cleanliness and tranquility. Ideal for families or small groups. The kitchen was the best equipped one I ever used. Only the television was not easy to understand but this was not necessary for us. There were a few nice restaurants in walking distance and the beach was only a few hundred meters away. There were several different spots for swimming. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in Strandnähe gelegen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und erholt. In der Nähe gibt es gute Essensmöglichkeiten und die Preise sind angemessen. Brot, Obst und Gemüse kann täglich an kleiinen Marktständen eingekauft werden. Für größere Einkäufe bieten sich Lidl und Kaufland in Umag an. Es liegt perfekt, um in fünf Minuten am Meer zu sein, dort mit den Kindern zu baden, zu schnorcheln, Einsiedlerkrebse zu fangen, ein leckeres Eis am Leuchtturm zu essen oder in einem der Restaurants etwas feines zu Essen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fürs Nötigste in Gehweite. Balkon ist groß genug für ein schönes Frühstück draußen, und für unsre Hündin ideal, um die Nase in den Wind zu halten. Mit Klimaanlage und gemütlicher Hängeschaukel auch für Kinder super zum im Haus faulenzen. Einziger Punkteabzug: Je nach Windrichtung bemerkt man, dass in der Nähe eine Kläranlage ist und abends schwappt dann auch Mal die Animationsmusik einer Campinganlage rüber.
