Unit Layout
You will find a 3-room apartment with a total area of 80 square meters, situated on the ground floor. The living/dining room features a sofa bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a satellite TV equipped with a flat screen and air conditioning. This room provides access to the terrace and swimming pool. There are two separate bedrooms, each containing a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
