The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable sofa bed as well as two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen is practically arranged and allows you to conveniently prepare small meals yourself - equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, crockery, and kitchen utensils.
A beautiful balcony invites you to relax - enjoy the sea air and the view of the surroundings during an outdoor breakfast or a cosy evening. Both air conditioning and central heating ensure year-round comfort. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available.
A private car park directly at the house makes arrival uncomplicated. The location of the apartment scores not only with proximity to the beach, but also with very good infrastructure: The nearest supermarket is accessible in approx. 400 metres, the bus stop is located only 100 metres away. The nearest town is about a kilometre away – ideal for short trips, restaurant visits or a stroll through the city.
