"Property is located at the best area in the Town if you want to have relaxed time. The only thing should be considered that the Thermal Pool opens at 3 pm which is absolutely uncommon where pretty much all the Thermal Hotels opening up early in the morning, and this time it was unfortunately lack of staff at pool and no one was on charge. "Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior.
We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. I showed them the reservation details, and it was obvious that breakfast was listed as included. In fact, all room options in their system show "breakfast included."
Despite this, we were forced to pay extra for breakfast, which we didn’t even end up eating due to the unprofessional and arrogant attitude of the staff.
It's a shame. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. They seem to be looking for any opportunity to charge guests extra — I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to make you pay for the water or slippers in the room.
