Room was spacious and clean, all amenities were available. The area around the hotel is safe, quite and walkable. The check in and check out process was smooth. "夜行列車を使った為に、朝6時に到着したが、即チェックインできた。膝が弱い為に、希望通り、部屋を１階にしてくれた。 エルメロス劇場の切符も手配してくれた。ホテルに払って、チケットをプリントアウトしてもらった。タジキスタンのパンジャケントへのツアーも手配してくれた。 I arrived at 6:00 a.m. after taking an overnight train, but I was able to check in immediately.As I have weak knees, they accommodated my request for a room on the ground floor. They also arranged tickets for the Hermeros Theater; I paid the hotel, and they printed the tickets out for me. Additionally, they organized a tour to Panjakent, Tajikistan."
