First impression was horror at the state of the outside of the house and yard. Thankfully the inside was better. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, there was enough room for 5 of us. Yard was great for the dogs and fully fenced, although in great need of care. Whole house needs a good clean. I would have preferred to just deal with Stayz, the endless texts and emails from the Real Estate were very irritating. Would not stay here again or recommend.

#### Great relaxed beach house in a good location

The house is a really relaxed beach house. However, the door from the master to the backyard didn't have a handle/locking mechanism - so not being able to lock the house with small kids was a concern. Also the agent process was a little frustrating - the whole reason for using Stayz is for ease of service. Our credit card details are stored, our identity has been verified etc so then having to do this through a property manager was frustrating. In all I had about 10 automated messages from booking to check in, had to provide credit card details and ID documents.
