The house includes everything you need for a fun & relaxing getaway - including a modern & fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine & coffee plunger. 3 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms (inc ensuite off Master Bedroom), 2 large living areas inc new fireplace in rear living area, comfy lounges and new 55" HD TV with access to all major streaming services (own streaming account required).

The home features large windows & is light-filled. There is a large private & north-facing courtyard at rear with Weber BBQ, extendable outdoor table & firepit (firewood supplied). This leads onto large sunny lawn area. - Perfect for a spot of summer cricket or ball games. Comfort & relaxation are assured.

You can even charge your Electric Car, dedicated 15A Powerpoint next to driveway for EV charging (BYO Cable). Free for guests usage.

Mollymook Beach is an easy flat walk to the end of the street (3 mins) and this also brings you to the beachfront Esplanade walk or ride to Mollymook Golf Club, Bannisters, Narrawallee or even Milton & Ulladulla... the choice is yours.
