With its sunny north-facing backyard, coastal styling, and family-friendly touches, this three-bedroom retreat is the perfect place to reconnect, relax, and enjoy the laid-back charm of the South Coast.  
  
Perfectly positioned within walking distance to both Mollymook and Narrawallee Beaches, Casa Molly offers easy access to swimming, surfing, and sandcastle-building. You will also be just minutes from the area’s most popular dining spots, including Bannisters Pavilion, Gwylo, and Bannisters by the Sea – making it an ideal base for a holiday filled with fresh air, fine food, and unforgettable moments.  
  
Step inside to discover a light and welcoming interior, complete with modern coastal décor, comfortable open-plan living, and reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. The newly renovated kitchen is a highlight, well-equipped and ready for family meals.  
  
All three bedrooms offer plush carpet underfoot and built-in wardrobes, making unpacking and settling in a breeze. Outside, the home truly shines, the large, fenced backyard is a sunny space for children to play, while adults can unwind under the maple-leaf steel gazebo or gather for alfresco meals on the deck. \- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.  
\- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.

\- Although the property is fenced, there is a gap between the front gate and the fence. Please be mindful of this.
