"Standard rooms had a "motel" type feel, rooms were nicely renovated. Cleaniness is average (some stains in bathroom). Main concern is the amount of bugs/mozzies in the room upon arrival, which indiccates cleaners left doors open during changeover leading to a very uncomfortable evening."

"We had a fantastic stay at Shelley and Mick’s beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming to our whole family, setting the tone for a wonderful weekend away. The complementary bottle of wine and personalised hand‑written note were such thoughtful touches and made us feel instantly at home.The facilities were truly first class. We especially loved the wood‑fired hot tub, and the new pool was so refreshing — perfect after exploring the vineyards and nearby attractions. The house was very family‑friendly with plenty of room for the seven of us to relax comfortably.We made great use of the pool table and jukebox, which created such a fun atmosphere. Their position right next to the kitchen meant everyone could stay connected while meals were being prepared, which we really appreciated.The location was ideal—central to the vineyards, Drip Rock and Hands on Rock. The complimentary coffee and doughnuts were very tasty. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well‑equipped, and welcoming getaway."

"We were greeted by a lovely young lady who showed us around our accommodation.The house was spotless and has all the modern amenities with ample room for a large family. a large covered entertainment area plus a huge neatly mown lawn.The view from the front veranda allows you to sit and relax while watching the cattle in an adjoining paddock.We will most certainly be returning to this farmhouse that is only a five minute drive to the centre of Gulgong with it's museums and social outlets, plus Mudgee is only 28 kilometres away and that is the hub of the central western plains."
