The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it is beautifully decorated! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a mini bar and toiletries. Unfortunately the adjacent restaurant “The Embassy” doesn’t stay open late enough for dinner but there are plenty of great options within walking distance.
Stayed for 5 days. Room was spacious, clean and nice, carpet and bed was comfortable. Somehow toilet had no toilet brush, did not know how to clean it after lol. Breakfast was so so. All in all it was good.

Bar and restaurant staff were poorly trained with no idea about “Customer Service”.
I ordered a soup to be followed by a Steak dish. Both delivered at the same time. Soup was inedible. Steak and accompanying vegetables were stone cold. Getting service or a reponse was almost impossible. Staff spent more time talking and dealing with their own issues rather than deal with customers. Would use Accommodation again but would not waste any of my money in the restaurant or bar.

And all the failures were not that difficult and were very simple to be completed by us. As soon as I read your review, I had instructed & trained my team accordingly not to repeat those failures.
