I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the request was refused due to a wedding party staying at the hotel. I was told they couldn’t downgrade me to a queen room, which was disappointing as we were simply looking for a more practical arrangement with a young child. The pool was advertised as heated, but it was very cold and not enjoyable to use. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Loved the looks and back story of the building! Loved the location in a quiet, put back, and safe place off of the freeway! Breakfast was amazing! Loved the french vanilla creamer for coffee! The pool and hot tub area was so relaxing and clean! Our room was pretty clean but few areas I was a little uncomfortable in at first due to other people's hair on the floor and in corners of the bathroom and on tub side! Other than that, the bathroom was pretty much clean! The room itself was spacious, cute and accommodating and mostly clean! Overall stay, I'd rate it all together a 4.8 out of 5! I do recommend this hotel though considering cleaning every knook and cranny isn't the easiest with multiple rooms!
