Breakfast was excellent. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating.

The location could NOT be better! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke fluent English. The lobby area was inviting and clean. We ended up in a room with an absolutely magnificent view, overlooking the Beautiful Fountain. Our room (a Comfort Double) was spacious and well organized, with plenty of closet space and a long, functional desk/table surface. There were two barrel-style chairs and a little table. The bathroom was large and well laid out, except that in order to turn on the shower you had to actually step in; the glass door prevented you from reaching the controls without climbing into the high-walled tub. The hotel provided shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner. There was plenty of useful surface space around the sink and the tub, and even a magnifying mirror above the bathroom sink. I would *highly* recommend this hotel and would book again here in a heartbeat. Nice classic German hotel. Friendly service, big clean room (with window blinds) and solid breakfast buffet. Stylish cozy bar on site. Close to a great beer garden where you can get your schäufele

The room was great and the location made walking and sightseeing easy. Lots of sites, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. They don’t service the rooms, for the price it seems like they should.
