Het gebouw heeft veel potentie, maar zowel het appartement als de algemene ruimtes waren ontzettend vies. Bij aankomst hing er een vreselijke rooklucht; werkelijk alles stonk naar sigarettenrook. We hebben eerst zelf gestofzuigd en schoongemaakt voordat we onze spullen konden neerzetten. Vieze muren, spinnenwebben en schimmel in de badkamer. De douche was bovendien onbruikbaar: het water wisselde continu van bloedheet naar steenkoud, waardoor onze kinderen niet wilden douchen. Eén van de koffiezetapparaten lekte volledig en ook de hal en het trappenhuis waren smerig. Er was daarnaast niemand bij een receptie aanwezig. Wij zijn absoluut geen klagers, maar dit verblijf was zo slecht dat we serieus hebben overwogen eerder te vertrekken. Voor ons absoluut niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

El apartamento solo estaba limpio por encima, no en profundidad. Olor a tabaco que no se fue en los 4 días. Almohadas y edredones sucios y con mal olor. No tenía nada de complementos necesarios, como esponja y jabón para limpiar platos, sábanas, toalla baño, … Se indica Wifi pero no hay, era importante para nosotros al no tener internet en nuestros móviles. Está muy bien la piscina y las zonas comunes. Muy bien situado, cerca del centro del pueblo y del supermercado.

Hébergement fidèle aux photos et à l’annonce. Par contre propreté à revoir. Énorme odeur de cigarette qui ne partait pas malgré les aérations nombreuses. La literie et les rideaux sentaient beaucoup également.

L'arrivée a été compliquée puisque notre hôte ne nous avait pas communiqué les détails d'accès à l'appartement. Nous avons dû attendre 2 heures avant de pouvoir y accéder, tout cela après une très longue route.Par ailleurs, alors que le wifi était prévu sur l'annonce, il nous a annoncé qu'il n'y en avait pas, or nous en avions besoin pour des raisons professionnelles. Sinon, l'appartement était propre, correct, calme et l'accès à la piscine était le plus indéniable.

Location super bien située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine mais voilà nos remarques. Les + : - la localisation, à quelques minutes à pieds de St jean pied de port - la terrasse, la vue sur les montagnes, et la piscine - il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner - nous avons pu arriver et partir à l'heure que nous souhaitions c'était très pratique Les - : - très compliqué de prendre une douche car soit l'eau est froide soit l'eau est bouillante. - le matelas du lit 2 places et les oreillers ne sont pas confortables

Très bel emplacement car proche du centre ville, belle vue de la terrasse. Nous avons passe un très bon séjour. Nous le recommanderons à nos amis .

Je recommande

Belle résidence, arborée et calme, proche des commerces et du joli Saint Jean Pied de Port (accessibles rapidement à pieds) et de beaucoup de belles promenades. L'appartement est fonctionnel avec le nécessaire à disposition et la piscine est très agréable. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont également très sympathiques et accueillants.
