You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 1000.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October to 31 May, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June to 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 120 per accommodation, per stay.
• Utility fee: EUR 7 per accommodation, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 60 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in fee: EUR 50 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8 PM and midnight
• Late check-out fee: EUR 50 (subject to availability)
• Towels fee: EUR 15 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)
