The B2 apartment in Mare Verde (Torre San Giovanni) offers 70 sqm of space and can accommodate up to 4 people. You have two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small terrace. Located on the first floor, the apartment provides private comforts such as air conditioning, TV, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, and coffee machine. This accommodation guarantees practicality and all the essential features for a comfortable stay.  
  
You will stay at the Residence Fronte Mare in Ugento, a newly built property from 2025 with modern and functional furnishings, equipped with all comforts. The property is located directly on the seafront, just 500 meters from Lido Pazze beach. The residence is open all year round, not only during the summer season, and each apartment has central heating.  
  
  
  
The surrounding coast offers both low and high rocky areas, ideal for diving and fishing enthusiasts. Torre San Giovanni can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The property does not provide linen, but you can request it 24 hours before arrival for an extra fee. For your convenience, street parking is available. You can check in independently via self check-in system. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of departure by bank transfer.
