Vacation apartment with beautiful wooden terrace 115 sqm

Welcome to the Buchwald Vacation Rental!
Our new, approximately 115 m² vacation rental is beautifully situated in Übersee am Chiemsee, between the cities of Munich and Salzburg, surrounded by the Chiemgau Alps and bordering the stunning Lake Chiemsee.
Übersee not only offers stunning natural beauty that invites you to linger and explore, but also excellent infrastructure. You can easily reach us by car via the A8 or by train.
Our house is located just one kilometer from the town center, where you’ll find everything you need. The train station is less than two kilometers away.
If you’d like to visit the lake, you can cover the just under five kilometers either by bike or drive there comfortably and park in our free on-site parking lot.
Our house is in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a ground-floor apartment with a beautiful sun terrace where you can enjoy breakfast.
Of course, you can park for free in front of our house and also leave your bikes there. If you’d like to rent some, there’s a bike rental shop a few hundred meters away from us.
You’ll also find bus stops at roughly the same distance.
We also live right next to the sports field in Übersee. This means you can walk to the soccer field, the tennis courts, and the dirt park.
We’re a family with two small children, and we live in the house ourselves. To make sure it doesn’t get too quiet at the end of our cul-de-sac, our children bring plenty of life to the house and the surrounding area.

Our vacation rental is located on the first floor and features a beautiful wooden deck where you can enjoy the sun from morning until noon.
With just under 115 m², the apartment offers plenty to explore. In the entryway, you can settle in; from there, you’ll find the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
We have a cozy bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace. We’d be happy to provide an extra bed for a baby.
The lovely living/dining area, featuring a modern kitchen, a beautiful dining table, and a cozy nook, offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. You can also step out onto the large terrace from the living/dining area, which overlooks the courtyard and garden.
In addition, the apartment offers a few extras in the basement. Here in the basement, you’ll find a ping-pong table, a reading room, a washing machine, and a fitness corner.
