Dear Holiday guests.

For your wellbeing we have for you in our luxurious
5 star apartment worthy of great comfort
and have come up with so many special features.

So has the Apartment 'Sissi' a generously held open living area with a well-designed and branded appliances equipped with Schreiner kitchen.
Fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker and brand cooking pots and Desin matching crockery available for your convenience.

The large flat screen provides a beautiful viewing experience on the large corner settee or chair back ears and on the stove bench at the stove. Comfort verstömt indirect lighting in all rooms.

Internet and Wi-Fi is in the living room and in bedrooms.

In the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, stepless with an infrared cabin, you can forget about everyday life.

Furthermore, the apartment has 2 toilets and 2 other washing facilities in the bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms is an exceptional four-poster bed, the second bedroom is made of Schwemholz.

Comfort exudes the Kreutz vault in the corridor.
The open living area has a responsive Glassing hearth.

Vacuum system, underfloor heating and the central Be - and exhaust ventilation for a healthy indoor climate.

The holiday Sissi include a south-facing terrace, from where you have a gorgeous unobstructed all-round view of the Bavarian Alps. On the terrace you have space for two chairs and a garden set with four chairs and parasol.

and it can accommodate up to 4 people in it.


We also have a cozy, rustic
Wellness and sauna area for our guests with Wirlwanne.

Our younger guests will enjoy our ponies
Cindy and Cora who curry, may caress. The free pony rides delighted not only children's hearts.

We offer our guests several barbecues, and beach chairs, garden chairs, a large trampoline and a ping pong table.

Or drive my bike the 65km around Lake Chiemsee.
We offer this to guests also bicycles that you can use at any time for free.

Und wir kommen sicherlich wieder :-) Sehr gerne auch in die Ferienwohnung Sissy, die nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und haben uns während des Urlaubs (trotz einer Woche mit historischem schlechten Wetter) immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert!

Wundervolles Urlaunsziel

Wie waren über Silvester dort. Ea war einfach traumhaft. Super liebevoll eingerichtet. Wirklich schön und empfehlenswert. Die lage kaum zu übertreffen . Waren schnell im Ski Gebiet und auch schnell in München . Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Familie . Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Ganz ganz tolle Atmosphäre, wir planen jetzt schon den nächsten Aufenthalt. Einzig das WLAN könnte gerne optimiert werden. Der Empfang war manchmal schwierig, um mal eben schnell ein Ausflugsziel zu ergoogeln.

Die Unterkunft war einfach klasse. Alles was man braucht war da! Herrlich vor allem der Pool im Garten. Direkt von der Terasse rüber und jederzeit nutzbar. Die Gegend einfach klasse, mit den Fahrrad zu empfehlen. Der See direkt vor der Tür, einfach mit dem Rad 5 Minuten und schon ist man da. Die Vermieter super lieb und freundlich. Kann man nichts sagen. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt.

Gerne immer wieder an die "frische" Luft

Ich kann den Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt nur empfehlen. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber sorgen dafür, dass alles für einen perfekten Aufenthalt und Urlaub angerichtet ist. Solle es uns wieder in diese Gegend verschlagen, werden wir zuerst hier versuchen wieder unterzukommen, besser geht es wirklich nicht. Nur das WLAN könnte auf dem Stand von 2021 sein ;-). Ein Router für die Anlage erscheint zu wenig, ein MESH- oder Powerline Netzwerk in allen Einrichtungen ist hier zeitgemäßer. Tut aber keinen Abbruch, wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

In der sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten großen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ausstattung top! Auch der gesamte Außenbereich mit überdachtem Pool ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein Highlight war der Saunabereich, in dem man auch bei Regentagen wunderbar entspannen konnte. Der Chiemsee war über idyllische Wege in einigen Minuten mit den Rädern erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter! Waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da!

Hervorragende Ferien - Unterkunft

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder in Sicht erfüllt. Saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Für uns war es die erste Ferienwohnung, die wirklich komplett eingerichtet war und reichlich Komfort bot. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Traumhaft!

Der Vermieter war sehr nett, herzlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen: sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, wir haben uns einfach wie Zuhause gefühlt. Seine Frau hat die Wohnung eingerichtet und man merkt, dass sie es mit viel Herzblut getan hat. Wir kamen aus dem Staunen über so viele schöne und teilweise sehr aufwendige Details gar nicht mehr hinaus. Der Ausblick auf die Berge war toll und mit den Fahrrädern kommt man ganz schnell zum Chiemsee, was will man mehr? Ein weiteres Highlight der Wohnung war das gemütliche Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Infrarotkabine: Wellness in den "eigenen" Vier Wänden, um einen gemütlichen Abend einzuläuten. Es war wirklich traumhaft und wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder!
