Herrenhaus Lübbenow is located in the northern Uckermark, about 1.5 hours from Berlin. This property is a cultural-historical building built in the neoclassical style. It is a listed building and was restored between 2005 and 2007\. The façade was restored in 2012. Enjoy the marvellous panoramic view from the terrace or balcony, which is offered by the direct lakeside location. 2 old decorative cannons adorn the terrace facing the lake. The house has space for up to 34 people on three floors and is therefore ideal for group trips, business meetings or private celebrations. The living rooms and bedrooms have an individual flair and offer all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 13 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, TV room, billiard room and a club room in the basement offer several families or discerning smaller parties a comfortable and stylish setting for a holiday or festive occasion. The manor house has an approx. 250 m² hall with direct access to the terrace. In this hall, named Gustav Vasa, you will find a gallery that can be used for festive speeches or small theatre plays. There are 2 cannons from the 19th century on the property. Enjoy celebrations in a private setting or book this group accommodation for workshops and conferences of a special kind. The stylish Lübbenow manor house is also suitable as a wedding venue. Next to the manor house is a 500 m² sports hall. Here you can play sports to your heart's content. There are also facilities for playing darts, table tennis and table football. A heated indoor swimming pool (32 m²) is located in the annex to the sports hall, where there are also showers, a sauna and a solarium. Are you a passionate rider? Ein super schönes großes Haus, welches viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen gewissen Charme und die Einrichtung variiert in den Zimmern. Die Küche bietet nicht nur viel Platz zum Kochen für mehrere Personen, sondern auch eine große Vielfalt an Kochutensilien. Das Aktivitätenangebot im Haus selbst (Sporthalle, Sauna, Pool, Billardtisch, Air Hockey, Dartscheibe etc.) bietet viele Möglichkeiten die Zeit angenehm zu gestalten und Langeweile zu vertreiben. Hier ein kleiner Abzug, da die Geräte wie Billiardtisch und Dartscheibe sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Der Spaßfaktor hat jedoch darunter nicht gelitten. Wirkt alles recht gepflegt, sehr schöne Möbel, Küche wirklich mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Unschön war die Kommunikation: Novasol selbst antwortet mitunter gar nicht auf Anfragen. Unglücklich war auch, dass vor Ort dann plötzlich andere Preise als vertraglich vereinbart für die Verbräuche aufgerufen wurden. Obwohl diese seit Buchung sogar gefallen waren. Zumindest hätten wir eine kurze Info bei mehreren hundert Euro Verbrauchskosten gewünscht. Stattdessen wurde unser Geld einfach zurückbehalten. Nachfragen bei der Eigentümerin wurden dann letztlich auch nur damit beantwortet, Öl war halt teuer und man möge sich für den Vertrag bei Novasol melden...die wiederum verweist - wenn geantwortet wird - auf Fr. Hellberg. Völlig unnötig aus meiner Sicht bei so einem tollen und gepflegten Haus. ##### Jacob K.
