Stunningly designed into the landscape, it was the exact oasis of calm we were looking for. The staff is wonderful, taking care of us when needed and giving us privacy at the same time. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and everything you want for a peaceful stay in Ubud is here at this hotel. The suites are very comfortable and the grounds of the property are some of the best you will find anywhere tropical in the world. The main pool is incredible and glorious to swim in. The pool alone is a selling point to choose this hotel. There are many places on the property you can go to relax and chill out and spaces have been set up to make sure you feel nurtured during your stay. The free breakfast is great and staff have delivered meals always with a smile, on time and the fresh juices are lovely to start your day. The hotel is about 10 mins out of central Ubud but its cheap to get a taxi into town and the local restaurants are fantastic and within walking distance of the hotel. The locals are very friendly including the monkeys you see on the streets. The best thing about this hotel is the peacefulness and the energy that surrounds you when you are here. Free wifi and good mobile phone reception has also been an added bonus to a great stay. If you want a retreat style hide away holiday this is the place.
