It was by far the most quiet, peaceful and relaxing place I've stayed since I've been away and that is what I've been looking for. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Really enjoyed being there.

Very nice and quiet place, clean and comfortable. The owner Wayan is a sweetheart. She will help you with anything you may need. You can rent a bike or a scooter directly here and explore the area. It is a bit of walking distance from the center though, so prepare for a lot of walking if you don't rent a bike.

We really enjoyed our stay here, excellent value for money! The property and the pool are beautiful and is very peaceful. The breakfast was great. We also arranged taxi brought the family. Would stay again! Only a small detail, the main square/streets are a good 10-15 mins walk away. Fine for us but if you want to be closer it's probably not for you.

For det første er adressen forkert, det ligger ikke i centrum af Ubud, men 10 min i bil udenfor. Dette var en information vi heldigvis fandt selv få timer inden vi ankom. Da vi så endelig ankom til Oka Kartini villa hostel, som er det “hotel”, der ligger på den rigtige adresse, havde de ikke min reservation fra hotels.com, selvom jeg viste dem bekræftelsen. Efter lidt diskussion om dette, viste det sig ikke at være noget problem, da der var et ledigt værelse til os, som var klar. Sengetøjet viste sig at være beskidt, der var kakkelakker på badeværelset - begge ting blev dog ordnet. Hele værelset lugtede af en ordentlig omgang skimmelsvamp. Ingen håndklæder til rådighed. Aircondition blev tændt da vi ankom, men kunne ikke indstilles. Personalet var venlige, dog ikke altid til at finde ud af hvor man kunne finde dem henne. Maden udemærket til prisen. Vi blev kun alle 5 nætter, da vi kun brugte det til at sove, personalet var flinke og vi ikke magtede at flytte rundt igen.
