La Fresneda is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Serrania de Cádiz, between the National Parks Sierra de Grazalema and Los Alcornocales. It has the precise amenities that allow a comfortable stay, where you can enjoy the countryside and breathe fresh air. La Fresneda will provide you with your well-deserved rest in a place without equal. We are three km from Ubrique on the route of the White Villages on a plot of 1300 m2 in a beautiful area for its views and very quiet but close to everything. THE EXPRESSED PRICES ARE ORIENTATIVE.-the sheets and towels are at the customer's expense. IMPORTANT: we do not refund any amount for cancellation for any reason. Being a rural area, water is NOT potable. We provide wood for fireplace at the price of 6 euros the sack of 25kilo approx. Una casa fantástica en todos los aspectos en un entorno maravilloso. la casa dispone de un equipamiento bastante completo. Baños, salón, cocina, dormitorios...todo muy cómodo y equipado. Para dormir, si te molestan los ruidos de animales propios del campo puedes evitarlos cerrando la doble ventana que hay en varias habitaciones y hacer uso del a/a si hace calor y las camas son estupendas. A parte de todo esto, el trato con los propietarios es cordial y cercano. El entorno espectacular, y la casa sencillamente perfecta. Un salón muy espacioso con una buena chimenea y una televisión muy grande. Las habitaciones espaciosas y las camas y almohadas comodisimas. Dispone de dos baños completamente nuevos y equipados. Todas las habitaciones disponen de un radiador adicional y tienen mantas y nórdicos suficientes y cálidos como para pasar un fantástico fin de semana de invierno. La cocina dispone de todos los útiles necesarios, lavavajillas, paellera, rosco y bombona para poder disfrutar de cualquier comida en plena sierra. En resumen, una experiencia perfecta gracias a los propietarios que, además son encantadores. Limpieza impecable, utensilios de cocina para hacer cualquier comida y acogedor salón con chimenea. Las camas de excelente calidad para descansar. El enclave perfecto para disfrutar de las vistas a la montaña, respirar aire limpio y escuchar los animales que conviven en su hábitat (pájaros, gallos, ranas, ovejas, burros, caballos,...). El tiempo nos acompañó, estrenando la primavera a 28 grados. Muy cerca del pueblo con todos los servicios para una estancia grata y confortable. El trato con los propietarios muy amigable y atento. En el salón hay una gran mesa para poder hacer buenas comidas y sobremesas y la chimenea tiene muy bien tiro. Ya en el exterior de la casa, hay una buena barbacoa de ladrillo y una buena mesa con bastantes sillas. Fuera, sitio de sobra para los coches,barbacoa,zona amplia para que jueguen los niños y sobre todo una piscina grande y con buen entorno que hizo las delicias de estos.
