"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. "This hotel is in a stunning location 10 minutes outside Grazelema. We rented a car to tour and hike in the area, and the hotel is well located. The pool is lovely and views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room opening onto the garden - it was simple but absolutely adequate. A large buffet breakfast is included in the room price. A la carte dining is available throughout the day and evening, and there is a buffet option for dinner as well. We found this to be a plus as it gave us the option to dine in after a day of hiking. "
