Sleeps 3 - in 2 single beds and pull-out bed (one of the beds is an electric ‘raise' bed)  
This is a great room for the kids but with adult-size beds

Off the hallway, there is a fully tiled shower room with WC & sink. The shower has a seat and handles attachments.

There is a shared garden area to the front of the property with a big picnic bench and armchairs, Gas BBQ. Parking at the rear of the property.  
There is also free parking on the road and a pay-for public car park opposite (Free November to March). Tywyn's sweeping sandy beach is directly opposite the property, with the road between.  
The beach is dog-friendly to the right and left of the promenade.
