Nice stay with Family
We had a nice stay here! The location was terrific do visit family and a very nice neighborhood. The hot tub was a treat to have and the architecture is lovely! Hosts were great at communication.

We had a Wonderful Stay. Will definitely do it again. The host was great, and we loved the amenities they had. We also found several things to do during our stay, like fishing at lake Tyler and visited a local winery.

Our Favorite Place to Stay in Tyler!
We've stayed at a few places in Tyler as we travel there often. This is the only one we've stayed at more than once, & will definitely return! Super safe location, quite neighborhood, and the kids love it. The hosts are extremely communicative & helpful. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would!

Family visit to Tyler to introduce new family members
The house and accommodations were great! Three points regarding cleanliness: Three piles of dog droppings were in the backyard; foul with lots of grease caused a fire when grill was turned on in which husband rectified and removed in order to grill poultry & beef for supper; and there was an unusual odor in the master bedroom, bathroom and dining area.
Other than those three concerns, the place was just right for us and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our two new family members were greeted and treated with lots of hugs and love.

Severely Disappointing Stay
We booked this home in Tyler, TX for a work trip, and it was one of the worst VRBO experiences we’ve had.First, the house was dirty — ants on the couch, mildew in the closet (covered by tape) and dog urine stains on the carpet and walls. The kitchen had burnt pans, burned cheap plastic utensils, and lacked basic cooking tools. You’ll need to bring everything yourself. Lack of Towels, no extra blankets, sheets etc and absolutely no attention to stocking the home with guest essentials.The air conditioning was turned off every time we left. Meaning it was intentionally switching. Which meant coming back to a hot house in nearly 100 heat. It took all evening just to cool down enough to sleep, which made it miserable after long workdays out in the Texas heat. There is no real master bedroom. There’s no private, place to retreat like most expect when booking a home. The rooms are all basic, and furnished with low-quality bedding. Cheap mattress and the pillows were laughably thin. This is especially disappointing for couples who want to relax after work expecting comfort. This property is bare minimum across the board poor quality, no hospitality, and nowhere near the standard VRBO experience. We won’t be returning and should have left the first night.
