A galley might be acceptable on a real sailboat, but in a condo of this size, only a full kitchen will do, stocked with all of your culinary needs! This condo has a large balcony with an interior property view. All of our condos have elevator access. Two assigned parking spaces are available for this condo. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable. Beachside Colony Resort occupies an entire oceanfront block. We offer unparalleled access to both the beach and pools, making it the most convenient destination on Tybee Island. Our recently constructed pools feature a spacious heated pool for year-round enjoyment, alongside an expansive family-friendly sloping entry pool. We loved the property. The beach was beautiful and the pool area well maintained. We had a few meals at the restaurant and have no complaints. The food was good and the service was excellent. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not very clean. Walking on the floors without shoes turned our feet black in minutes - I don't think they've been mopped for a very long time. It was obvious that it wasn't vacuumed well either. The air conditioning unit leaks water onto the water heater below and the pan under the water heater is full of water. The refrigerator is very rusted. There was a layer of dust on all of the lamps where the switches are and on all of the air vents and returns. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning and some repairs. Oh, and there were only four forks in the silverware drawer. Reviewer Comments: The good, it was a decent location, beds were clean, they were working on cleaning the outside up with landscaping and fresh paint.The bad- the condo was outdated, the floor was so dirty that when you did not wear shoes they turned the bottom of your feet or socks black. The counters were mostly clean. The appliances functioned but the fridge has all sorts of rust in it. We tried to use the vacuum on the floors and rugs but it didn't have enough power to suck anything up.The couch was in very poor condition and was very unfordable to even sit on. You can certainly tell it has been some time since the owners have put money back into this place. Overall we enjoyed the location and the fact that they had a pool and a good beech. The balcony is huge and all the furniture very comfortable. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for five and did not lack any kitchen utensils or dishware. Loved it. ##### Andrew S. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo wasn't as clean as it should have been. The floors, counter tops were not completely clean. The air vents had noticeable black mold in them especially the one near front door. There were fleas on furniture and beds. We all got ate up. There were roaches!! One was huge. Master shower was moldy. Towels had stains. No trash bags. The pool was closed by the health department on our 4th day there due to a violation. This was the day after we went to pool and it was nasty. We were supposed to have view of pool but could barely see it qbut could dumpster that was full and stinky. Reviewer Comments: We loved Beachside Colony. It was a great vacation overall. We chose a condo that was not directly on the beach to save a little money and were surprised to find how close we were to the pool, beach and restaurant anyway. It was such an easy walk to the beach and great beach access. There are a couple of other restaurants we could walk to nearby as well. We did use the kitchen in the condo for breakfast and lunches to save on expenses with our family. This condo has 2 full beds and that was great for our older kids.
