It was wonderful. The condo is just a couple hundred feet away from the beach. Great location and very clean. Property management was fabulous and kind. ##### Heather C. The property is clean and spacious, with plenty of closets, equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer. There is an elevator, making move in and out easy. The beach is a short walk away. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Could use a new set of cookware. The parking spot is hard to maneuver into. Gorgeous swimming pool. Overall, highly recommended. ##### Inna R. Super tiny. Condo was really nice. Master bed very soft. We had an issue with the towel bar and they got someone out to fix it. Only negative is they don’t answer the phone and you have to text to get a response. Otherwise really nice place and location. ##### Robert T. There's not much view but it was not expected per the listing. Location is convenient to everything on South area of island. You can walk just about anywhere including Chu's for grocery needs. My only complaint was getting caught in the elevator for 20 min until the fire department showed up to free me. Elevator had expired inspection certificate and phone in elevator was inoperable. Luckily, I had my cell phone or it could have been worse. Just take the stairs if that's an option for you. ##### Chip A. The condo was perfect and in a perfect location. Everything, including the beach, were all within a short walk. An added bonus was all the beach necessities were already there. Beach chairs and a wagon to pull everything we needed was awesome! The parking was slightly challenging but can be done. We had a Chrysler Pacifica and it fit without a problem. Our family felt right at home here with plenty of place to move around. The deck was an added bonus and we used it often for our morning coffee and conversation at the end of each day as we reflected on all the fun things we had done. The communication with the owners was amazing. They were very responsive. The pool was a nice touch as well. Send them a text for the code and a response was received within a few minutes. We were very pleased with our stay here and if we are ever in the Tybee area again this will be our go to location!. ##### Greg L. Parking has been mentioned in many of the reviews I've seen about this property. It requires a three point turn to enter. Very tight with even a standard size vehicle. The door lock to enter took multiple times to re-lock with the key. Something is out of line on the door. Upon arriving, we immediately realized that the original photos from Tybeedaze showed a porch swing with a side view to the ocean. There was no swing, and the unit looks directly at the cement wall of the next building, with views of the dumpster and the street. The porch was very dirty. The exterior walls within the covered porch area are in need of washing. There was nothing that invited us to sit out there comfortably. The bed/bathroom drawers and cabinets head not been thoroughly cleaned after prior renters, The kitchen cabinets had broken or missing pulls to open them. Instead of fixing, they had pieces of tape to pull them open. There were bugs in the overhead kitchen light. I tried to use the iron, and when I put water in it, it leaked out all over the floor. The iron barely heated up. The king bed was comfortable, but the mattress is too big for the platform and kept sliding off toward the foot of the bed. Sofa is in rough shape. There was a dustpan, but no broom. Lastly, some sort of instructions for TV use would be helpful. Kitchen appliances were all newer and clean. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Overall, I would not return, nor could I recommend. ##### Matthew M. Comfortable beds and clean Overall we were really happy with this condo and the service! It was very clean. We were able to prepare meals. Have room to read and of course walk to the beach.
