This unique location sits where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean, offering a beautiful and calm stretch of beach just steps from your condo. Known for its relaxed atmosphere and fewer crowds, this area is perfect for families and those looking to unwind.

    Enjoy incredible dolphin sightings and watch massive container ships glide into the Savannah Port-all from the shoreline. If you love long beach walks, you can stroll the entire length of the island to the South end without ever leaving the sand.

    The Beach & Racquet Club is an ideal alternative to a standard hotel stay, providing more space and the comforts of home. Guests enjoy fully equipped kitchens, a cozy living room with cable TV, private balconies, tennis courts, and a refreshing pool. All one-bedroom condos share access to a 14' x 20' pool and a 10' x 10' kiddie pool. Buildings A & B also offer coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

    Please note: Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. No golf carts, trailers, boats, jet skis, or oversized vehicles are permitted.

    This welcoming 2nd-floor unit offers lovely bay views and comfortable accommodations for your Tybee getaway. The bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. The living room has a full size sofa sleeper and there are small bunk beds in hallway, perfect for the kids.

    A perfect fit for couples or small families looking to enjoy the serene North Beach setting.

Beautiful views from the balcony. Dolphins visited the area everyday. I loved the quietness of North Beach. I never have experienced high tide before and it happened every late afternoon til morning. The condo could have some really easy amenities for me to give it a 5. There were 3 awful sharp knives. We were given 1 roll of toiletpaper, I think they should provide a minimum of 2. It is a bare bones condo with no extras in the cupboards. It would be nice to at least have a morning's worth of coffee and a filter. Overall clean condo with great views.

Great location, one of the few right on the beach (over the dunes). The awesome thing about this location is seeing the gigantic container ships that go by every couple of days or more. Great view from the balcony. Didn't forget to bring your own paper products and remember there's no dishwasher.

Nice Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and in a very good location. Easy drive to Savannah. This gave us the opportunity to have a beach vacation as well a visiting the beautiful city of Savannah. My only recommendation would be for the condo to provide a beach chair or two.. I’d stay here again!

Peaceful Christmas.

We have visited Tybee Island for several times over the past 4 years, 3 of those at Christmas time. This was our first time at this location. We really enjoyed it. The view was excellent.

Absolutely perfect location

The general property is very comfortable. Great pool. View is the ultimate best part of this location. Got to watch dolphins as often as twice a day from the balcony. Secure location. Property management was very easy to contact. Would book again.

Dolphins jumping

Great view of the ocean. Dolphins jumping all day. Walked on the beach and saw hermit crabs in the morning. One draw back is AC was weak. Spoke to manager and she said she will get it addressed. Management was very friendly and I believe it will be fixed

Very close to the beach

This place was wonderful for the beach access. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. I had to give it 2 stars for cleanliness due to the fact that some of the dishes still had food in them from previous tenants. There are not many pots and pans to cook with. Also, there seems to be long time residents that just seemed to not be very considerate to others; one person was clipping their toe nails INTO the pool. Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, and all toiletries. The balcony view is beautiful but hardly any breeze with no overhead fan. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The island is great.

SUMMARY: FAIR (grade C+) GOOD: nice loc, cozy place, parking, security, good heater, good value SO,SO: Bath fan no work, TV in BR unuseable, cockroach runs across LR and kit floor SUGGEST: Step stool for bunks, blow drier, light over kit table, more blankets than just one, pens/pencils, writing pad, move bath light switch to inside bath. Tape dwn rug corner in kitchen - trip hazard.

Great view!

We were happy with the condo overall. It was clean and well equipped. This unit has a great view of the beach, which is a stones throw away, 2 or 3 min walk from room. The pool is right at the bottom of the steps going up to the unit. The elevator is around the other side of the building, with a ramp if needed. The only issue we had was a lack of water pressure. Prepare for a long shower, because the pressure is not good. If you flush the toilet, the kitchen sink does little more than drip. Btw, the sleeper sofa isn’t the most comfortable, but it is a sleeping sofa! That said, we had a great time, and really enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the ships go in and out. If you’re looking for a small, basic condo and aren’t worried about all the frills, then this may be a good choice. (Except for the water pressure!)
