Pay close attention to the view you are getting! The first photo for the property (gorgeous beachfront balcony) is most likely not your condo, which is deceptive. This unit should not be described as "ocean view" when the property is on a bay. There are literally signs on property calling it a "bay view". Because of this, we assumed we would be on the ocean, but the waves were non-existent and the beach was not as good as an ocean side. More people were using the pool. It was humid and sticky inside the condo, especially at night. It needs a dehumidifier to make it comfortable. We used the ceiling fan, but it was old and made a loud sound. The shower curtain was rusty and fell down multiple times and the shower drain was clogged. The TVs are very outdated and so small! This is a cheap and easy update that would have really improved our experience. Do your research on the location. Here, you are as far out of town as possible, away from restaurants and not within walking distance of the main strip. We didn't like how far we were from everything. This was a last-minute trip for us, so we were working with what limited lodging was available, but we learned our lesson about staying on the north side of the island. You won't get a real ocean experience staying here. On the plus side, it did feel clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night.

The condo we stayed in was super clean, kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. Bed is extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, the dolphins put on a show every evening we could see from the beach or the balcony. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

The condo was fully staffed with towels, dishes, no way put luggage on a cart or get up the stairs with it. There was a ramp but on other side of where room was a lot of walking my aunt is handicapped with a cane wasn’t helpful it was hard get to beach then bugs ate U up while U were at the beach. Coach bed was not comfortable but love the kitchen cabinets, dishes, oven, cleanliness of microwave, ease to get key & return the key. No hot tub near by like described.

The entrance to the building had an entrance door that slammed by its self hard enough to wake the dead. Wouldn’t you know my bedroom was just a few feet away. The tub wouldn’t hold water and no light in the fridge. Location was great. Overall condition of condo was nice. I would stay again in a different unit.

Happy but not shampooy

The unit was clean but didn't have any shampoo. There was still some peeling in the kitchen by the floor (I think), but it had been repaired since we were there last time. The beachfront view is great!

We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year.

Even though the check in location is not on site, it’s very easy to get to and easy to access even after hours if you arrive late. Communication is fantastic with quick responses and clear instructions. The particular property that we stayed in was safe, quiet, and easy to access. The kitchen is updated and has several random things to make cooking easy. The bathroom needs updating or maintenance to redo caulk and to remove stains.

Family friendly! However there is no way I would have been able to bring my husband with. This is not a handicap friendly facility. There are stairs to get to the elevator!
