  • Welcome to Beachside Colony Resort! This beautifully appointed, professionally designed condo offers a unique and upscale escape. Enjoy top-of-the-line amenities such as a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a fully stocked kitchen. Stroll through the resort style condominium grounds, which boast two sparkling pools, private beach access, and an on-site restaurant and bar. Relax in the comfort and convenience of this rare and desirable beachfront condo.


    Take advantage of the free parking. There will only be 1 parking spot for 1 vehicle.
    The parking pass will be inside the unit. We provide a laminated parking pass for your stay. Kindly return it before check-out, as a $25 replacement fee will apply if it is lost or not returned.
    Guests are limited to the number of guests listed on their reservation not to exceed 4 persons. Please honor quiet hours between 9am--9pm as there are guests staying in the adjoining condos around you. Limited to 2 vehicles. Parking passes will be provided upon arrival in the unit. Please place on your dashboard for the duration of your stay and leave in your unit upon checkout.
