The owners took their time to make sure this unit has everything needed for a great vacation. Located on the 2nd floor the view of the beach is amazing, from the wonderful porch you can access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room features cable TV, sliding glass door going out to private balcony and open dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed with private master bath, TV and sliding glass door that leads out to your private covered 7 X 35 deck, with views of the water. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and access to private bathroom. Covered parking for 2 vehicles. Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. The facility and location are fine, especially for the price. The only issue that we had was parking. We have a full-size SUV that would not fit in our assigned parking space BUT there were unassigned spaces around the pool that we could use. There is a surprising amount of history to explore on Tybee Island that fills the gap for the lack of distractions you find at more commercial beaches. Only thing we noticed was coffee cup looked dirty so had to wash them out before use. And sink in in hall bathroom has a cap in the drain and it doesn’t work very well. The location is unbeatable and our kids loved the pool! Porch closet was full of beach chairs to borrow and we also enjoyed the gas grills to cook out one night of our stay. ##### Amanda B. So we stayed here in the past, but didn’t know it because the photos are a little dated. The bedroom looks much better than pictured, the master bath is newly renovated, and the outdoor storage is stocked with beach toys. Had a great check-in and we’ll soon return. ##### Diamond J.
